After the plushies have entered production, I can no longer offer refunds due to the funds raised being used to purchase the various campaign rewards.

Will I be able to purchase a Circus Sweetie after the campaign ends on November 1st?
Yes! If we are successfully funded, there will be a preorder store after the campaign ends where you can purchase all unlocked items.
The time period that the preorder store will be open for is still to be determined, but likely an additional few weeks minimally.

When will the Circus Sweeties ship?
The short answer to this question is: I don’t know!
The longer answer is, it highly depends on a number of variables. How big the campaign is, how long the plushies are in production, how long they take to reach me after they leave the factory, and so on.
Please see the main campaign page for my best guess as to when your plush will ship, but also be aware this estimate is just that– a guess. As production progresses and I get a better idea of how long everything will take, I’ll be able to share a more accurate timeline and can adjust the estimated delivery date accordingly.

I backed both Circus Sweeties and Critterfolk. How do I claim my free collab rewards?
Collab stickers will be added to your order automatically after both campaigns have ended and surveys go out, so there’s nothing special you need to do.
If you notice your reward is missing, however, please reach out to BackerKit Backer Support using Need Help? link on the survey to have this corrected!

I will be moving before rewards are scheduled to ship. Can I change my address?
Yes! You can edit your survey responses at any time by logging into your BackerKit account. This includes your pledge level, add-ons, and address.
Addresses are set to lock shortly before rewards ship, usually about a week or two in advance.

When will the finished plush designs be revealed?
Plushies are being prototyped as we speak! Each one will be revealed as they’re shared with me, and surveys will not close until all plush samples are finalized and shared.

A work in progress plush I pledged for does not look like how I expected-- what do I do?
Details are subject to change during the prototyping process due to manufacturing limitations as well as artistic preference. If you are unhappy with any of these changes you’re welcome to request a refund or change your selected plush to a different one.

How long do I have to fill out my survey?
Surveys will remain open until all plush samples have been finalized. It is hard to predict how long this process will take, but surveys will likely close around March-April 2025.
All updates to the timeline will be communicated quickly and frequently through backerkit, so make sure you’re receiving the campaign emails or checking the community tab often to stay on top of the latest developments.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
